ACE 2000 HP – Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer (In-Situ Probe, IP65)
ACE 2000 HP measures oxygen directly in ducts, flues, and closed systems using a rugged zirconia probe and an IP65 electronics head.
This probe does not require reference air. A 0–25% O₂ range with linear outputs (4–20 mA / 0–10 V) is provided. Calibration is quick—externally triggered, using normal air. A dedicated cycle output and LED indicators provide live sensor health and calibration status.
The operating process temperature is of a maximum of 400 degrees celcius, making it ideal for combustion/process control and harsh industrial environments.

ACE 2000 UHP – Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer (In-Situ, High-Temp, Wet-Basis O₂)
ACE 2000 UHP uses a rugged solid-zirconia electrolyte probe for fast, reliable oxygen measurement directly in the process stream—no external sampling system required.
The direct insertion design reduces maintenance downtime. The probe handles gas temperatures up to 1200 °C. Sensor sensitivity increases logarithmically as O₂ decreases, making it effective for low-oxygen combustion control across fuels and also for heat treatment applications. Electrodes are self-protected in sulphur/reducing atmospheres for long life.
Outputs are compatible with indicators, recorders, controllers, and data loggers. Measurement is on a wet basis, accounting for moisture to reflect true free oxygen in the gas.
