The ACE 40 is a flameproof, industrial-grade fixed multi gas detection system designed for accurate monitoring of up to 16 toxic and combustible gases.
Featuring a 2.1" color LCD display with touch keys (no additional tools such as wand required), it offers real-time data, dual-sensor capability, and MODBUS connectivity for integration with control systems.
Built for harsh environments, ACE 40 ensures dependable protection in hazardous areas (IIC, T6 classified) with PESO, CIMFR, and BIS certifications.
We also provide our own 8/16 channel Controller/Data logger module with cloud connectivity and advanced features such as SMS alerts.

ACE 60 OXP — Simple, reliable 0–21% Oxygen measurement with alarms & industrial I/O
The ACE 60 OXP is a compact, wall-mount oxygen analyser built for plants that need a dependable 0–2000ppm/5/21/100 %O₂ reading with clear alarms and optional 4–20 mA output to PLC/SCADA. A bright 20 mm LED display and tactile membrane keys make operation straightforward, while ambient-air or span-gas calibration keeps maintenance simple. Span/Zero trims are available on the sensor for quick field adjustments. Standard 1/4″ BSP process connections and a robust operating window (10–50 °C) make installation easy across utilities, production, and labs.
The analyser uses an in-built oxygen sensor to measure oxygen concentration by partial pressure (zirconia or Electrochemical). The signal is linearized and displayed on the front panel; optional 4–20 mA mirrors the measured O₂ for logging or control. Routine checks use ambient air as a reference (or a known span gas), ensuring traceable readings without complex procedures. (Sensor element as supplied/configured in the instrument.)
