The ACE 60 OXP is a compact, wall-mount oxygen analyser built for plants that need a dependable 0–2000ppm/5/21/100 %O₂ reading with clear alarms and optional 4–20 mA output to PLC/SCADA. A bright 20 mm LED display and tactile membrane keys make operation straightforward, while ambient-air or span-gas calibration keeps maintenance simple. Span/Zero trims are available on the sensor for quick field adjustments. Standard 1/4″ BSP process connections and a robust operating window (10–50 °C) make installation easy across utilities, production, and labs.
The analyser uses an in-built oxygen sensor to measure oxygen concentration by partial pressure (zirconia or Electrochemical). The signal is linearized and displayed on the front panel; optional 4–20 mA mirrors the measured O₂ for logging or control. Routine checks use ambient air as a reference (or a known span gas), ensuring traceable readings without complex procedures. (Sensor element as supplied/configured in the instrument.)
